I'm published!
So just something fun I wanted to share....one of my pictures from my literacy center project was published with a news article in the Daily Herald last week! It's not the picture I would have picked but I'm still excited....just a little bit. :D

Change in Final
So after discussion in the pre-final critique I am changing the topic of my final. I will be documenting the story of my sister Monica and my niece Katea. Born at only 25 weeks and losing a twin sister, my little miracle niece is fighting for her life in the NICU. I want to capture her growth and progress as well as portray the emotion of my sister and her family during this situation.

My final project
So I have decided that for my final project I will photograph my grandfather, Glade Carr. I want to capture him in a candid way doing what he does on a daily basis.
